TravelJoy documents customizable forms and client profiles. Itinistry offers client records and agency-branded AI intake that gathers traveler details before creating a qualified lead. Test dates, party details, preferences, consent and the next step with one fictional inquiry.

Keep each trip’s history together

Use the same fictional household with two trips in both products. Check where conversation history, documents, deadlines and the assigned advisor appear. Confirm which team roles can see each record.

Proposals and traveler access

TravelJoy documents Smart proposals, selectable options, itineraries and the Itineraries by TravelJoy app. Itinistry provides proposals, reusable itinerary sections, branded PDFs and a web-based client trip portal. Review the client view on a phone before choosing.

Commissions you can reconcile

A practical exit path

TravelJoy supports a client CSV export for the logged-in account. Itinistry imports selected reviewed client fields, up to 100 clients per file, and provides an owner export of operational records. A contact CSV does not transfer the entire trip, message or payment history. Plan those separately before cancelling.

Review the bill before subscribing
Compare the actual team size and billing interval. TravelJoy’s pricing page lists payment-processing fees separately. Itinistry uses provider-hosted payment handoffs, with provider terms and fees separate from its software subscription. Confirm costs for the payment workflow you will use.
Export before you move
Download the relevant client export, review Itinistry’s supported import fields and trial a small reviewed file. Keep the original system available until active trips, files and follow-ups have been reconciled.

Is Itinistry cheaper than TravelJoy?

For one advisor, Itinistry’s $29.99/month or $299/year is below TravelJoy Pro’s listed $39/month or $384/year. TravelJoy Starter is lower at $19/month and has a different scope. Multi-advisor costs depend on current team-account rates, so a lower solo price is not a claim of cheaper team pricing.

Can I move my entire TravelJoy account automatically?

No full-account migration is promised. TravelJoy’s client CSV export and Itinistry’s reviewed client import cover selected records and fields. Read the migration guide and plan the remaining active trips, messages, files and payment history separately.

Does this comparison claim feature parity?
