Mac is building Itinistry around practical advisor workflows: understanding a family’s needs, preparing options, keeping the next step clear and tracking the business behind the trip. The product serves independent travel advisors and growing agencies across travel specialties, with initial workflow strengths in Disney, Universal, cruises and family vacations.

The public tour shows sample client, trip and commission workflows. Willow & Co. Travel and its travelers are fictional. The tour is a product illustration, not a customer story or evidence of adoption.

Know the scope
Itinistry is business software for travel professionals. It is not a consumer vacation shopping tool or a live supplier booking engine. Advisors review AI drafts and confirm supplier rates, availability and reservation terms through authorized channels.

Read the migration guide before importing. Client CSV import has a defined field set; it does not promise to transfer your full history from another system. Agency Owners can export operational records.

No. It is founder context. Community membership is not an Itinistry user count, endorsement or customer result.
