COMPARE COST AND FIT
Itinistry vs travelCRM
travelCRM offers lower-priced monthly plans with bundled team sizes. Itinistry uses exact advisor-seat pricing and brings client and trip work together with marketing, websites and search visibility tools. The right choice depends on which work you need to connect.

Pay for a workflow you will use
A low monthly price matters, but so does whether the plan includes your day-to-day work. Check which features are included at the plan you would actually buy. Test the client experience and team permissions rather than treating either product’s feature list as proof of a better fit.
Where each product may fit
Consider travelCRM for bundled team pricing
Solo includes contacts, quotes, PDFs and a customer portal. Studio adds operational tools such as invoicing, commissions, inbox and tasks for up to five users. Agency adds reporting and custom roles. Check its current pricing page and help guide for plan limits.
Consider Itinistry for connected planning and growth work
Itinistry’s core workspace combines client intake, proposals, reviewed booking extraction, itineraries and commission tracking with a marketing calendar, branded advisor pages and search visibility checks. Verify the connections and permissions your agency needs during a trial.
Compare AI on the task, not the label
Both products describe AI tools. Itinistry has a branded client intake chatbot and a private advisor copilot; travelCRM documents an AI Concierge and quote drafting. Test accuracy, review steps and usage allowances with fictional details. Do not assume either tool supplies verified live inventory.
Before choosing or switching
Compare the correct billing interval
Itinistry’s annual charge is $299 for the first advisor plus $250 for each additional advisor, billed upfront. travelCRM advertises an annual discount; verify its current annual checkout rather than deriving an exact charge from an approximate percentage.
Confirm your export scope
travelCRM documents report CSV exports on the Agency plan. Its help guide does not establish a complete account or contact export procedure. Ask support what you can export from your plan and keep a copy before cancelling.
Test a small client import
Itinistry’s reviewed CSV import supports selected client fields, up to 100 clients per batch. It does not transfer an entire CRM account. Review the migration guide and plan manual setup for active trips and other history.
Questions before you decide
Is travelCRM cheaper?
Its listed monthly plans are lower in the one-, five- and twenty-user examples above. Compare feature scope, actual team size, annual charges and any usage or payment fees before deciding.
Does this comparison prove one product is better?
No. It describes published scope and pricing so you can test a relevant workflow. It is not an independent review, endorsement or claim that both products have identical capabilities.
