TRY A SMALL BATCH FIRST
Switch CRMs without guessing what transfers.
Keep your current system available while you test Itinistry. Start with a sample inquiry and a small client import, then compare the saved records before moving more of your book.
Updated October 29, 2026
Itinistry currently supports a reviewed client CSV import, up to 100 clients per batch. It is not a full-account migration from Travefy, travelCRM or another vendor. Trips, itineraries, proposals, message history, files, commissions and account connections need separate review or manual setup.
Keep the original export
Export from your current provider before you cancel. Store the original securely and make a working copy for field mapping. Confirm which records, attachments and protected fields your provider includes. An export option does not mean every field can be imported elsewhere.
Prepare your client file
Map only supported fields
Use the CSV headers sourceId,name, email, phone, householdName. Combine first and last name into name if needed. Give each source record a stable, unique sourceId and keep it unchanged on a retry. Do not put passport, payment-card or unrelated sensitive information into this file.
Review before running
In Business Workflow, open Reviewed client migration. Use a small batch first and inspect the preview. Existing contacts are linked without changing their details, assignment or consent. New clients start with marketing consent off.
Check the result before the next batch
An approved batch runs in checkpoints of 10 clients. Verify client names, contact details, household names and any links to existing records. If a batch fails, resume using the same CSV and request ID; do not edit that file during recovery.
Rebuild the work that does not transfer
Review active trips, deadlines, proposals, itineraries, documents and commission balances separately. Reconnect authorized mailboxes and calendars, confirm permissions and review consent before communicating with clients. Do not cancel the old account until required records are reconciled.
Export and exit paths
From Travefy
An account or team admin can select their name, then Account, Data and Export Contacts to download a CSV. Protected fields are excluded. Keep other trip records and documents separately; the contact export is not your complete account history.
From travelCRM
The official help guide documents report CSV exports under Reports on the Agency plan. It does not establish a complete contact or account export procedure. Ask travelCRM support to confirm your plan’s export scope and obtain the files you need before cancelling.
Out of Itinistry
The Agency Owner can use Export my agency data in Agency overview. The ZIP includes CSV tables, agency-data.json and a manifest. This is an operational data export, not a promise that another provider can import it or that every external file is included.
Cancel an Itinistry subscription
The Agency Owner opens Billing, selects Cancel at period end and confirms. Access continues until the paid period ends and can be resumed before that date. Export the records you need while the account is active.
Questions before you decide
Can you migrate my entire CRM automatically?
No. The supported import is the reviewed client CSV described above. Test a small batch, retain the source export and plan the remaining setup before moving active trips.
Should I cancel before trying the import?
No. Keep access to your current records until the export, trial and reconciliation are complete.
