LESS REPETITION. MORE PERSONAL PLANNING.
Travel itineraries worth reusing, made personal for every trip
Your best arrival advice, resort-day plan or departure checklist should not need to be rewritten for every family. Itinistry brings reusable itinerary templates and sections into the trip workspace. Advisors can adapt the dates and details, review private drafts, and publish the items a traveler should see. The same client-visible plan is available in a private trip portal and as a branded PDF download.
The short answer
Itinistry's itinerary builder supports individual items, reusable full itineraries and smaller sections. Preview the dates before adding a template as private drafts. Review the resulting items, set the trip timezone and choose what becomes client-visible. Both advisors and travelers can download branded itinerary PDFs; private draft items are excluded.
Keep the useful structure. Check the details every time.
A reusable section saves time only when it remains easy to personalize. A resort arrival date, dining confirmation or transportation plan belongs to one specific trip. Itinistry keeps templates separate from confirmed booking details, so an advisor can reuse the structure without copying another family's reservation number.
Itinistry tools for this workflow
Reusable itineraries and smaller sections
Save selected items as an agency template, or create a template from scratch. Use a full itinerary for a familiar trip pattern or a small section for arrival, a rest day or departure. Review names and notes before putting content in the shared library.
Preview dates in the trip timezone
Choose the calendar date for Day 1 and inspect the resulting schedule before adding it. Relative days preserve the intended local clock across daylight-saving changes. Confirm travel dates, provider times and any overlap with existing items.
Private drafts before traveler visibility
Templates append private draft items and retain the existing itinerary. Edit titles, times, locations and notes, then make each ready item client-visible. Applying a template does not copy booking confirmation numbers or verify supplier arrangements.
Agency-branded traveler PDF downloads
Use your agency name, color and supported logo, plus advisor contact information. The PDF wraps notes, continues across pages and includes only client-visible itinerary items. Advisors and travelers download the file on their own devices; it is not automatically emailed.
How advisors use this workflow
1. Build or select the reusable starting point
Choose an itinerary or section from the agency library. If you are capturing an existing trip, select the useful items and remove personal details from the reusable notes before saving.
2. Preview and personalize
Set Day 1, check the trip timezone, and add the section as private drafts. Adjust the schedule to the family's actual plans and confirm current reservation and provider details.
3. Publish the traveler-ready items
Review titles, notes, locations and confirmation information. Mark only the completed items client-visible, since those changes become available in the traveler portal.
4. Download the traveler copy
Generate the branded PDF from the advisor workspace or the traveler's itinerary tab. Download a fresh copy after later changes; a previously saved PDF remains a snapshot.

Questions travel advisors ask
Does a template replace the existing itinerary?
No. It appends private drafts for review. Existing trip items remain, so check for duplicate or overlapping plans after adding a section.
Can a PDF include internal notes or private drafts?
The traveler PDF includes only client-visible itinerary items. Notes on a client-visible item are shared, so keep internal planning commentary in private records.
Does a saved PDF update automatically?
No. The private portal reflects the currently published itinerary, while a downloaded PDF is a snapshot. Generate a new PDF after important updates.
