Travel agency marketing with a clear path from draft to approval

Your agency needs useful content and thoughtful follow-up between booked trips. Itinistry brings content planning, drafts, approvals and supported publishing workflows into the same workspace as your client relationships. Plan social posts for the right brand, prepare campaigns for a reviewed audience and keep an explicit decision between a useful draft and an external publication.

The short answer

Itinistry supports marketing content calendars, private or shared agency drafts, revision-specific approvals, occasion email campaigns and Facebook and Instagram publishing workflows. External posting or delivery depends on connected supported accounts, the right provider access and explicit authorization. Some agencies require onboarding or provider approval. LinkedIn publishing is not currently included.

A planned post should stay a plan until you approve it

Content preparation and external publication are different decisions. An edited caption may need a fresh review, a brand may use a different account, and a recurring email must still respect current consent. Itinistry keeps those decisions visible rather than treating a planned date as permission to post or send.

Itinistry tools for this workflow

Content calendars and reusable drafts

Prepare Facebook, Instagram and newsletter content with a planned date and the intended brand workspace. Review copy and imagery before approving a specific revision. A change to approved content requires renewed review.

Connected Facebook and Instagram workflows

Where account authorization and provider access are ready, preview the exact content and target before separately confirming publication now or at a supported scheduled time. A licensed workspace alone does not grant provider publishing permissions.

Consent-aware occasion campaigns

Prepare birthday and seasonal outreach with audience rules, message copy and the agency's mailing and reply details. Campaigns start paused. Review the current eligible audience before enabling recurring delivery, with consent and unsubscribe controls checked again at processing.

Keep publication evidence understandable

Provider receipts, pending actions and manually reported external publications have distinct meanings. A content approval is not proof of publication, and an email-service acknowledgement is not proof that a message reached a recipient's inbox.

How advisors use this workflow

1. Choose the brand and content purpose

Prepare the draft in the correct advisor or agency workspace. Check the intended platform, image, caption and audience before setting a planned date.

2. Review the exact revision

Read the current copy, check links and confirm permissions for images and recipient audiences. Editing the content after approval means reviewing the new version.

3. Confirm a supported delivery or publication action

Complete connection setup and provider onboarding where required. Preview the exact social target or current email audience, then authorize the applicable action separately from editorial approval.

4. Review outcomes and maintain relationships

Use recorded statuses and receipts to understand what happened. Keep consent preferences current, honor unsubscribes and create a new draft when published content needs a different message.

Who benefits

Questions travel advisors ask

Does choosing a planned date automatically publish a post?

No. A planned content date is not a publication authorization. Supported external posting needs a separate target/content review and confirmation.

Can every new agency publish immediately?

Publishing depends on supported connected accounts, provider permissions and onboarding. Facebook and Instagram may require additional account setup or provider access before an external agency can publish.

Does Itinistry include LinkedIn posting?

LinkedIn publishing is not currently included. The supported social publishing workflows described here are Facebook and Instagram, subject to account readiness.
